If I could leave ZERO STARS I absolutely would. I took my car to Lee Myles Birdsboro back in December and it was a good experience. Decided to bring it here again and hoped for the same, I was wrong!! I called to schedule the appointment and told them that I needed a clock spring replaced but they said they still needed to run diagnostic testing on it so I left the car there on 6/11 as I was going on vacation and figured it could be looked at while I was away and possibly worked on. I heard nothing until I called them on 6/17. I was given my quote and told them I'd call back once I discussed with my husband. I called back on 6/19 to let them know that I realize it was too late to have the work done now but I'd pay for the diagnostic and if the car could be left locked with the key inside so that I could pick it up on Sunday evening as it is my only form of transportation and I'd call them back to reschedule to repair. I went to pick it up Sunday evening and it was UNLOCKED along with my airbag/horn sitting on my passenger seat!!! This is a vehicle I am driving, not something to be sitting around. Now I had to drive it with a gaping hole in the steering wheel. Pretty sure this is IL

First time customer. Detailed inspection with photos was very helpful. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Was given several options and not pushed to get all done at once. Very honest people! Huge thank you to Brad for all his knowledge and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend Lee Myles!

Took my truck there to get transmission work done. They diagnosed it but wouldn’t give me a price on a full rebuild until they had it completely apart and diagnosed. I pressed them to give me a worst case scenario on the cost to rebuild the transmission and they refused to give me a price then they charged me $5000 to rebuild the transmission on a truck only worth $3000. A few months later my wife’s car transmission went and every shop quoted use a price to rebuild the transmission upfront so we could make an informed decision before hand . Not to mention I noticed my exhaust manifold bolts were loose and the transmission cooling lines were leaking after they were done. Do not get work done from this shop without an upfront estimate.

So I am providing u with the receipt for your judgment. We are new in the area and we completely rely on the reviews. Our truck with 62k didn't start. We tried jumpstarting it since it sounded like a battery but no luck. We called towing and picked this shop to take care of it. Next morning I reached out when they opened to provide any information they may need and provide contact information. The person on the phone was very nice and told me he will call me by noon with updates. By 1 I called and got an update that it was a battery. I told them to take care of it. At 4 called again for update and found out the Bill is 578? For the battery! They did an hour diagnostic on the truck that had bad battery! 200 for that PLUS 40 for fluids that weren't used on my vehicle! What? I will not use this shop ever again and I do not recommend using them to anyone else. Very disappointed. The most expensive battery ever!

I was interested in a car for sale at a local dealer so I came from out of state to see it. I needed a pre-purchase inspection done so I chose the Lee Myles Birdsboro location because they had good reviews. Very glad I did! These guys are efficient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The inspection was thorough, timely, and priced reasonably. You get a detailed report with pictures so you can understand what condition the car is really in. They even took the time to explain things more when I had questions. Highly recommend. Thank you Rich and Dave!
